The CASA was constituted by public deed on July 19, 2002, drawn up on pages 71 and 71 v book nº 187 – F, at the Notary Office of Alenquer, being registered with the General Directorate of Social Security as an Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS) and recognized as a collective person of public utility.
Life and Peace Community
As a canonically erect organization, it is governed by the principles of the Social Doctrine of the Catholic Church, but which are universal principles. In this way, for us, the most important and central thing is the Dignity of the Human Person, with particular attention to the poorest and socially excluded or vulnerable, regardless of their ethnicity, creed or nationality.
