Seletivedeta Unipessoal, Lda reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “End Customers” or those who do not comply with the general conditions of sale.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We can only guarantee the delivery of an order if the address is a residence or an office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of available countries. A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split delivery of the order with your acceptance.
Inspection upon delivery

Returns & Cancellations
Order cancellation before shipment
