Transport and delivery time

What are the shipping costs?

Portugal and Islands (24h to 48h delivery)

Free for orders equal to or greater than €40.

Shipping costs €3.50 for orders under €40.

Europe (delivery in 3 working days )

Free for orders equal to or greater than €100.

Shipping costs €15 for orders under €100.

Rest of the World including United States (delivery within 5 working days)

Free for orders equal to or greater than €200.

Shipping costs €30 for orders under €200.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders confirmed before 12h will be shipped on the same day. When confirmed after 12:00 pm, they will be sent on the next working day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You will be able to follow the delivery process with this number.

At checkout, you can choose the shipping method that is most convenient for you and check the conditions: cost of postage and delivery time.

Delivery times are an estimate. There may be small delays due to an abnormal increase in orders or for reasons attributable to the carrier that we are unable to control or predict. Thus, the expected delivery times and counted from the date of confirmation of the order are:

Mainland Portugal, between 1 to 2 working days.

Portugal Islands, Azores and Madeira, 2 to 3 working days.

Europe, 3 working days.

Rest of the World including United States, 5 to 9 working days.

What are the fees and taxes by country?

All orders within the European Union are shipped on a CTT basis with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that taxes and duties are included
in the final price.

For countries outside the EU, orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that you may be subject to paying taxes and fees when you receive your order. Pay attention to customs policies that vary greatly from country to country.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. Any additional charge due to customs clearance is your sole responsibility (customer).

Some examples:

USA – For orders over 800 USD (including shipping), you will need to pay duties and taxes on the entire order.

Australia – For orders over 775 USD (equivalent to 1000 Australian dollars including shipping), you must pay taxes and duties on the entire order.

Hong Kong - You must pay taxes and fees for any order.

Israel – For orders over 75 USD (including shipping), you will need to pay duties and taxes on the entire order.

Japan – For orders over 90 USD (equivalent to 10,000 yen including shipping), you must pay duties and taxes on the entire order.

Mexico - For orders over 50 USD (including shipping), you will need to pay duties and taxes on the entire order.

New Zealand - You must pay taxes and fees for any order.

South Africa - You must pay taxes and fees for any order.

Switzerland - You must pay taxes and fees for any order.

United Arab Emirates - For orders over 270 USD (equivalent to 1000 UAE including shipping), you will need to pay duties and taxes on the entire order.

How can I find out about my order?

What is the return policy?

Orders can be returned free of charge up to 30 days after purchase.

All costs are at our expense and we handle the entire return process.

Just send an email to info@underwear-zoen.com
with the order number and if possible with the invoice number!

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached, merchandise that is in salable condition.

We always ask that you give us a maximum period of 2 working days to process the return and refund the amount of the order by bank transfer or credit card. We will give priority to returning the amount by the same means of payment received!

Can I return my products for exchange?

If you want to change your order, just return the unwanted items and place a new order online, or just send an email to info@underwear-zoen.com with the order number and, if possible, the invoice number!

The entire cost is borne by us and we handle the entire return/exchange process.

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached, merchandise that is in salable condition.

The exchange will only be carried out after receipt of the article and verification of its condition!

If there is a problem with your order, please contact info@underwear-zone.com or the contacts in the store, with your order number and a description of the problem. We solve ALWAYS.

Do I have any extra guarantee?

On CR7Underwear products we offer a 24-month WARRANTY.

If something goes wrong with the product and the responsibility is ours, we will immediately exchange your CR7 item. No questions or complications!

We emphasize, however, that we may not have the same model available, so the exchange will be made for a similar model, of the same brand.
