PAYMENT

1. On the website www.underwear-zone.com, Seletivedeta Unipessoal, Lda offers the User the following payment methods

via Shopify Payments :
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
via IfthenPay, Ltd :

b) Multibanco reference;
c) mbway
via PayPal:
d) Paypal
via Bank Transfer:
f) Bank transfer only upon request;

2. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made on the User's card immediately after confirmation of the order. If some products ordered are sold out, their value will be credited to the User's card, after closing the order.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

1. Orders will be delivered within 7 working DAYS after order payment. Depending on the choice of carrier at final checkout before payment! Delivery is carried out by CTT, TNT, DHL, UPS or other companies through future contracts with various carriers.

2. Shipping costs are added to the order. Postage depends on the purchase amount, the amount will be shown at checkout before confirming payment! Except for any change at the moment, for deliveries equal to or greater than 40 Euros, national shipments will be free!


ARTICLE 5 - PRICES

1. Prices are to be understood in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.

2. If there is an increase in the prices of any product, the User will be informed immediately, being able to choose to receive his order (paying the difference) or to proceed with its cancellation.



ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION AND RETURN

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Seletivedeta Unipessoal, Lda. The order must arrive in writing to the contact email info@underwear-zone.com, within 15 days after the order is placed, with the instructions for canceling or returning the merchandise being answered and defined by Seletivedeta Unipessoal, Lda, by the same means of communication. We only consider cancellation before sending the order! Any order already shipped will be treated as a return!

2. Whenever possible, the return should be made using the same method of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer.

3. Seletivedeta Unipessoal, Lda undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 3 days.

4. The returned products must be in conditions of sale, that is, in the same state in which they arrived at the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage or signs of use.

5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the conditions of settlement will be indicated by Seletivedeta Unipessoal, Lda.
