HOW TO MEASURE

WAIST : Measure around the waist, just below the natural waistband where you normally wear your pants. Insert index finger between tape and body for easy adjustment.

Tip : For more accurate results, measure while wearing your underwear.

If your measurements are among those listed in the size chart, choose the larger size.

(example 90 cm choose L)
